    I hate that I can't fall asleep at a reasonable time, and then only get about 4 hours of sleep before having to go to work and put on a happy face.

    Personal I hate complacent people. You always find these people in front of you in line. You have something to do and these people are just kind of there. With no purpose or understanding what they are doing. You also find these people in front of you in traffic. Well, I think that everyone who doesnt think for themselves ie, undisciplined people, are in a way complacent.
