well quite basically they killed more people than hitler in the 20th century.
and its understandable, the only animals meant to eat eggs are certain typoes of lizard.
and meat i may give up too,
we are the only animals that have to cook their meat before we eat it, so therefore we shouldn't eat it.
i won't stop anyone else though, you eat what you want.
but i find meat tasty, and my will aint that strong, becuase my respect for animals ain't that groovy. and i was once but i gave up because people thought it was so interesting it got on my nerves, and i just wanted one meal where my food wasn' the subject of conversation.
but i won't eat dog because I have so much respect for that animal.
i eat sharks and i love sharks, but not nearly as much as dog.
ok i'll give up sharks.

why just a vegetarian, diets can be healthy with and without meat, wathing what you eat and understanding what you eat and its effects on you is paramount to good health.
Mr. diggler, are you going to only going to eat animals which you have less respect for then? but i know exactly what you mean by the whole your diet being subject of conversation thing, it made me feel kind of like a leper in the spotlight at times but you grow used to it and cease to even notice.

i respect dogs becuase they have such great charater and are possibly the only aniamls that want to socialise wiht us.
you may think cats rub against you for affection but really they are leaving their scent and claiming their teritory.
dogs greet you when you enter the home, lick you becuase they want to clean you, and thats what dogs do for each other as a greeting.
also dogs are killed for food in a very cruel way, as compared to the painless method most other animals are.
and sharks i wont eat because they are very welll evolved beings and it would be a shame to make them extinct after they have been evoling since the birth of life.
and also they are the only animals that don't get cancer and alzeimers, that can be very useful and a shame to waste on a soup made out of their fins.

If your government is anything like ours, you could have had it for years, they covered that shit up. Easy enough when you think of the incubation period.

That's the thing, I'm sure all us smartarse vegans are gonna end up with CJD in 20 years time from some meat we ate as a kid. That'd just be my luck.

I heard a great quote once.
"I am not a vegetarian because I don't like meat, I just really hate plants."
I love meat and will never not eat it...

I eat meat because I know where it comes from and I have no ethical problems with it. However, the whole people for the eating of tasty animals mindset is lame. It's equally lame to act like you need meat to survive or that you can justify eating it 3 meals a day every day.
