Hello, I am 19 years old and I am ready to return to the vegan lifestyle. I was just looking for other vegans to talk to. I was vegan for about 2.5 yeas, but I was an unhealthy vegan. I lost so much weight that I was forced to stop being vegan. I would like to be vegan again, but I need the info on dietary supplements and such.
