Wow this was very moving when my history teacher presented it to the class. He shut the door and closed the blinds on the widows then told us all to put our heads on our desks and close are eyes then he started to tell us on of the meditation things in the book he had and played this soft music. It was so weird and kool at the same way. Lol alot of us werer close to falling asleep. Im not sure if this is a religon (i tihnk my history teacher said it was) but its the koolest was to meditate. Just wondering if any one else has practiced or heard anything else about it.

Meditation is used by Taoists, Buddhists, Hindus, Pagans (all pantheons) and many new age hippies. It is "the seperation of mind and body", which is supposed to help the "students" of this practice acheive spiritual perfection, or some use it simply to focus instead of taking mood enhancing pills or pills to help them concentrate. I've done it for years, but not any more, just scream, it's easier and you can't meditate in the recording studio... besides, screaming can get you paid... high dolla' bills dawg.... roflmao. whatever.... eat puddin'.

no, but I'd rather eat some friggin' cookies and lay down some breakdowns in the studio... all like "yea" and stuff. Besides, who has the actual time needed to meditate every day? Friggin' dirty hippies... I ain't no hippie g... I a straight rolla... roflmao.... no but really... f that. Actual involved citizens and active persons have no free time.. (well, I just tell myself that, I'm a workaholic)... I"m always on the move... so the only time I'd have to meditate is when I'm driving to or from a job. Yea, that's a great idea.... on CNN tonight, 23 car pileup on Hwy 421 in Carolina Beach.... More as the tragedy unfolds..... lol. Great idea. Lemme try that right quick...
