hi all.... um i am new i am arrons aunt for those that know him. he got me to join. so i have been a vegitarian for almost 9 years and i just decided to become a vegan. any advice?

My advice for going vegan is to stop eating dairy:)

hi jessie, well i have been vegitarian for almost ever but the vegan thing is really new, i just spent over a 100 dollars that the grocery store, its going to be quite a challenge.

The fake meats are expensive as I'm sure you know from vegetarian.... but fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, soy milk, cereal not that bad... in the US anyways, not sure where you live. Just take your time and make it a lifelong decision. Research!!!!

wow, i wish someone else in my family was a vegitarian, well i guess i could say vegan now. i am hte only one well my boyfriend who lives with me is which is good, i dont have to cook my own meals ALL the time. but i still havent told my family i am a vegan... i guess i should get on that eh?
