dude. plain noodles, rice and bagels with nothing on them are not going to provide your body with the fuel it needs.
here's what i ate yesterday:
breakfast:
wholesoy yogurt mixed with about 1.5 cups of breadshops supernatural granola.
lunch:
a tofurky sandwich (3 slices tofurky, vegan rella cheddar slice, nayonaise, mustard on vermont bread company 100 % whole wheat bread), sesame blue corn chips, and apple.
dinner:
TVP tacos. taco seasoned TVP (texturized vegetable protein), black beans, mushrooms, avacado, tomatoes, tofutti brand sour cream.
fantastic foods spanish rice.
clif bar with natural peanut butter spread on it.
you need to ensure that you are going to eat diverse and nutiritionally sound meals if you want to eat vegan and get everything your body needs.

i am having my doubts that you have put the time or effort into researching a vegan diet. you are on the internet, you need to plan a little bit, to figure out what you are going to eat...

there are many resources, such as the above, on the internet.

Wow and I thought my diet was crappy.
Going vegan or veggie sadly means putting a little more thought into your diet than you normaly would. I've been veggie for a few years now and still find it tricky sometimes.

damn...I wish you were my personal cook. that would be an amazing day of food.
this is my usual day.
breakfast: orange juice
lunch: peanut butter or regular humus on whole wheat sandwich, the 365 brand raisins, and water.
dinner: I usually eat by myself because both my parents work very late and my sisters are off at college. so it depends. I usually like to have a wrap consisting of any kind of humus, lettus, tomato, olives, soy cheese, and what ever seems good.
or
I put in the original boca burger and have that.
or!
on rare occasions I will make my self a vegan pizza.
did anyone else know that Sbarro's makes a vegan crust?
if I feel like going to fast food. I go to Taco Bell, get a bean burrito no cheese, no onion. from what I have read that is vegan safe as well.
the garden burgers at burger king are not vegan safe because they are cooked on the same grill as all the other crap.
thats my vegan talk for the day.

Here's my diet (I'm a vegetarian)
Breakfast: english muffin with jam or peanut butter
Snack: Several scoops of Peanut Butter.. mmmm
Lunch: lately, for fruit I've been eating tomatos and fruit cups. Had a pear today. Apples, grapes, fresh pineapple, and pomegrante have also been common lately. After fruit, I have a sandwhich consisting of Extra-extra sharp Cabot cheese and mustard. Maybe a granola bar. often carrots as well.
Dinner: fake meat. Quorn is absolutely fantastic. It tastes just like chicken. I usually have boiled broccoli. Mac 'N' Cheese. Salad.
That's a typical day (I don't eat all of the above mentioned fruit!) But I suppose it helps that at my dad's house, there are 3 other vegetarians in the household. And my mom works at an organic food store, (if I'm good, I get Vegan cookies from ABC ^.^) was once vegetarian, and is a fantastic cook. My step-dad's a cook too. I did get sick at first, and I lost weight which wasn't good, because I was already very skinny, but I've started gaining weight now, which is good.
