theres a few places trying to pass laws saying that people who arent legal citizens of the USA can vote for school related issues and candidates, if they have a child in the school system, this includes legal, and illegal aliens

it won't matter if people are illegals. they won't vote or do anything that lets people know where they live or where they are.

for legal aliens it makes sense to allow them to have a voice in what goes on around them, especially since they have to pay taxes. This however won't work because then there is no longer a point to becoming a citizen since the the only real difference between a resident alien and a citizen is the ability to vote.

voing non-citizens... almost sounds like a balance to non-voting citizens
