1)marinate whole porabella caps in extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, white pepper and mustard powder for an hour.
2)grill them on a bar b que like you would a piece of meat. (5-7 min each side)*
3)serve them on a bed of arugala with a side of herbed baby potatoes.

*Cooking Tip
The longer you cook the portobella the meatier (firmer textured) the mushroom gets.
