i've been pretty pleased with it. i thought kerry's speech was excellent... fingers crossed that some of the very few swing voters will latch onto his message.
i think the democrats are trying a different kind of convention because for the first time in a long time they have a candidiate with a strong military background. they are trying to portray a strong side, which people wanna see in the current political climate. the message did get a bit repetitious, but i think the convention was a success.
barack obama sure did well.

apparently boston had to bus in hookers and strippers for the dem convention because there wasn't enogh local skank.
Shouldn't Dems hold thier convention in a more southern state considering the relation between the two, and after all kerry's vice is from the south. I guess it pretty much goes to show its no longer about the people, just the votes. Personaly though I wouldn't vote for a man that plays the Christian card, and then answer "job" for his favorite NT book.

convention locations are picked prior to nominees.

unfortunately you might have been the only one that saw it due to the lack of coverage. I only got soundbites of everything.

That really sucks what Chris matthews did. Cspan is where its at. They cover every speech and none of that big mouthed anchor annoying commentary.
I'll be looking for a recording of it on the internet. If i find it i'll send it your way. It was the high point of the convention for me.
