metalcore is not impressing me at all recently and I love metalcore. and metalcore meaning (from here on, undying, between the buried and me, through the eyes of the dead and other bands that no one has heard of). But the new stuff I have been hearing is just trash.

some bands are just trying to find a gimmick. leather pants, white belt, bandana, girl pants, whatever. its shit.

I agree totally, but Falling Cycle isnt very new, they are somewhat old. They broke up almost 3 years ago, I think.

I consider Between the Buried and Me more Grindcore then Metalcore.

funny thing.. i know of all of these bands and more of the ones that "no one else knows". u need a better taste in metalcore becuase between the buried and me is grind/sludge in my opinion so lets think...

their is way to many "cores" pritty soon a boy band is going to start screaming and its going to be called "bunnycore" then this sites going to get even more confused with a porn site.

not many people on this board listens to metalcore. I could go on with some more if you would like. do want to call my phone number so we can talk about this? and again, saying btbam is grind/slugde means you probably haven't listened to the self-titled.

that's logical, given that a lot of metalcore bands are just black/death metal without solos and growling
