    Meal prepping

    pasta e fagioli (needs more sauce)


    spicy soyrizo


    creamsicle protein shake


    field roast and PBJ sandwiches with carrots, apples, hummus


    quinoa stirfry with a salad of baked tofu


    field roast with brocopots (potatoes and broccoli) and a salad


    "bacon" and tofu scramble


    curried spinach and potatoes

    Sunday breakfast: Vegan Pumpkin Pie French Toast

    6 slices of whole grain bread
    1 banana
    1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    1 cup vanilla almond milk
    2 tablespoons non-dairy butter
    1 tablespoon molasses
    2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    dash sea salt
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    Blend all ingredients, except the bread together
    Pour in a shallow bowl
    Dip bread in mix on both sides
    Cook bread on both side (3-4 minutes each side)

    do they sell the pumpkin puree already made or did you have to make it yourself? cause it looks delicious

    You can buy it, but I made it last week and froze a bunch.
