    Unhappy Trouble

    i am really into the sxe lifestyle but have a really hard time sleeping.
    Therefore i use bud to fall asleep... i dont like having to do this and am over it,
    i was wondering if anyone considers using a herbal sleep aid like Melatonin to help fall asleep, and only for a week or so just to ease the pain of not sleeping from not smoking breaking edge

    using bud for invoking sleep was generally a bad idea and the easiest way to develop a dependence...
    you can use a camomile tea or you can lie down, relax your body and focus on the points between inhale and exhale (and vice versa). that is basically a simple meditation technique but it will be helpful.
    another good thing i was doing when i couldn't sleep is tho "unwind" past day.. going through the day from the evening to the morning.. you will address the issues of the past day so your mind don't have to bother with them with dreams... expect a dreamless night, you'll sleep like a rock and feel as new in the morning..

    I like your first suggestion, but the second bit almost seems like it could make you focus on the unresolved problems in your life. Not to say I don't believe it worked for you, but I'm almost sure that has a chance of backfire.
