    Running/endurance sports

    Anybody?

Me 15km three times a week.

    Records - 30km in 2h 40 min / 13 km in 1 hour.

Lots of advantages, simple and easy ---> good for smokers if they want to quit faster.

I did cross country but I wasn't very fast but I wrestle and wrestling is definitely an endurance sport, but it's not really quantifiable other than I can last a couple rounds of live wrestling in practice.
