    Kettlebell

I've started this 2 months ago and great for me. I only work with 16 kgs, but shortly I will get a 24 kgs kettlebell.

    Is anyone in it?

I've seen it before--a guy was working out with them in the park. It looks like it would be hard on my knees.

Yeah it is hard. When I did my first training I got a huge muscle strain and it threw me into a 38 celsius fever. But now I can say it's very good for me. You know I'm just sitting in front of the computer in my workplace and I always had backache, kneeache... and I decided to do something. It is hard but I feel the positive effects.

I'll do anything but the standing up exercise... I hate getting yelled at for my form in that.

What do you mean? The squats? Have you ever tried it?

No, it's this exercise where you lay down while holding it over your head. You then proceed to stand up while continuing to hold it over your head.

your form might be off if your knees hurt. Make sure your abs are tucked and your back is straight. If you havent picked up pavels book enter the kettlebell i suggest you do, it goes over proper form, if someone is trying to correct you its for your own good.
