i usually go to the gym every day (or i attempt to) so my playlists get switched around every couple of weeks. i can't really work out to anything aside from upbeat hardcore for some reason especially when i'm doing cardio. lot of people work out to hip hop and gangster beats, but it doesn't do it for me. my most recent gym mix consists of: This is Hell - Sundowning, Ambitions - Stranger, and The Risk Taken ep.

I always use that one song from the Karate Kid. "You're The Best". That's a great song to listen to while doing your Wax-On, Wax-Off exercises.
