Same here! And omg I hate coupon queens!!! I'm a cashier at Petco and we have to type in every single coupon instead of just scanning them. AH!

They just made that illegal here...and I got pulled over for picking a play list on my Ipod. The officer said "Are you sure you weren't texting?". "Nope,I'm not...maybe an alien took over my brain and I was trying to text on my Ipod" Did he want my phone records?

I hate people who tell you, you can't do something. Then don't give a good argument as to why not.

Isn't picking a play list on your ipod just as bad as texting when driving?

I don't think so. I know which one I want, and I was scrolling to it. No traffic, on an open hwy that I drive...worst thing to worry about is open range so you could run across a cow herd at 75 mph. I didn't swerve, the cop pulled me over because it was dark and he saw it illuminate my car.
I think if someone doesn't know what they want and they are looking down at it scrolling through their playlists, or songs just to see what it there...then yes, it is as bad. But aren't all distractions? GPS, video playing etc. Also, if this is done in traffic then yes, it could be just as bad.
