i've been working on a bunch of things and have been avoiding drawing almost completely to focus on those things. one of said things is my final project for the university, where i'm figuring out some computer help to teach theory and reading and writing music. i'm also doing music on a play, wich is not going bad at all, but it requires a bunch of weekly time.

also, before leaving to the states, i was doing some backgrounds for a video a dude is trying to make, i did half of them before and was suppoused to finish the other half when i came back. but i forgot about it.

couple of days ago, the guy contacts me asking about the rest of the backgrounds that i forgot to do and didnt really have an answer other than it has been taking more time to do them than they should, but that i'm getting close. i took some extra time to work on th eoher proyects yesterday so i would have today free of chores. i did and after working the whole afternoon, i finished both backgrounds.

i went to scan them, and my scanner died.
=/

there's only one company in the whole city, and they charge like 20 bucks a piece

what about your school? it's hard to believe a school doesn't have a scanner.

it is kind of a hassle, specially if i dont go there weekly. the other ones are not for students. i'm pretty sure i'll be able to scan them sometime this week, but the deal is that i worked extra hard to deliver them yesterday, i could have easily waited to do them properly withouth changing my schedules.

at least it's done. it would have consumed the same amount of time if you did it later on, so there's no big deal in my eyes. annoying? yes. no harm done.

tell that to my back and neck after being sitting for 8 hours straight drawing.

Is it a special kinda paper ? To copy or scan a regular A4 paper here, they charge like 10 or 20 dollarcents.

it is A3, but the price for scanning shouldnt be as high in anyway, they just suck. on a good side, i found a used scanner that i may get with some of my savings

#1 you should get it
#2 start a business with it since it seems like its impossible for people to find around you
