Has anyone used stevia in their baking? I just made some bluberry corn muffins and I'm not sure how I feel about the stevia....a little weird aftertaste? Has anyone else used a natural sugar substitute? I try to reduce sugar in my baked goods for my sugar conscious friends.

I use it to sweeten tea and the thing I like about it is that there isn't an aftertaste. I've never noticed one, so I don't know if that's what causing the aftertaste.

yeah, as far as i know there's no aftertaste.
