I once liked I Am The Avalanche. I haven't listened to their records for a couple of years now so I'm not sure if I still like them.

By the way I've recently stumbled upon an awesome band called The Dead Weather. Their 2009 Horehound album is badass. I highly recommend it to everyone who appreciates a fusion of modern indie rock and older styles of rock (I think Jimmy Hendrix here) and electric blues (Buddy Guy for instance or Bo Diddley) and what not.
