well, after angels and airwaves i would have hated 1/3 at least, but this is what they say

Hi. We're blink-182. This past week there’ve been a lot of questions about the current status of the band, and we wanted you to hear it straight from us. To put it simply, We're back. We mean, really back. Picking up where we left off and then some. In the studio writing and recording a new album. Preparing to tour the world yet again. Friendships reformed. 17 years deep in our legacy.

I didn't pay any attention to there stuff until recently. I find myself enjoying it now so it will be good to hear what they come up with.

The 14 year old in me is excited by this. Their Chesire Cat album was one of the first CDs I ever owned.

Yeah, same here... I was 15 when I bought the Take off your pants... album, and 3 or 4 song is very important for me on this album.
