fine for me, but I know enough to not go anywhere near the city for the last few days or for the rest of the week.

I just spent the whole time watching the inauguration online, waiting for guns to be fired. And sure be it, as soon as he gots sworn in they have huge cannons firing like crazy. I hope you and Viv survived the shelling of Washington.

I don't know. I just thought Americans done that at big events? I don't know of any reasoning behind it but I am sure you will?

what, that everyone just carried a gun and shoots it off into the air when something big happens?

the only times that I'm aware of guns being fired for events are military/state funerals and 4th of july when the 1812 overture is played.
