I'm not, there are a lot of people crazy against the gays for no real reason. I mean shit arkansas just banned gay couples from adopting.

That is true, but I figured of all the states, California would be one of the most accepting. And I wonder what happens to the marriages that took place, are they nullified?

yeah, but you have to keep in mind that California is more than just LA and SF. While it stood a better chance there, for the most part I don't think most americans are at the point where they completely accept homosexuality. It's getting closer but I don't think people are there yet.

and yeah, they'll be dissolved as if they never happened from a legal rights perspective.
