For all of those people that knew one of the greatest bands ever,

Shai Hulud, I would like to hear some intake on the break up

and how much it is going to suck to never hear gurt(the lead

singer) sing again, atleast in that band, and how much i'll miss

the shows because he was so excited when you knew the words!

What do you think?

yeah i was pretty bummed back when they decided to call it a day, i like 'em a lot but bands to move on to other projects, i think its a good thing knowing when to call it a day otherwise you taint all the good stuff with all the bad stuff that usually comes after. I think shai hulud know this and they have been around a while now, what was it 95, 96? The worst thing about bands splitting is when you never get to see 'em, i never saw shai hulud but hopefully the new projects will be good so i will check that out if it gets across the pond.

to the first dude, yeah they were great live and i feel ya on the

side projects business. I just hope it is just as good, in other

ways is fine!

To homie #2 yeah chad was the man and although he's rollin'

with NFG, I still think Gurt did a great job. I mean what a torch

to uphold but I think he took Shai Hulud in a good direction. Yeah,

a few times i've seen chad a shai hulud shows and bane too.

He's awsome.

the new album just isn't as strong as the stuff years ago, and I think that probably had a lot to do with why they called it quits.

a profound hatred of man is an amazing record, but the new one isn't as technical, isn't as fast and isn't as angry.

well, has anyone heard of Good Clean Fun!? They are like punk but

all hardcore straight edge themes! They're really funny too and I was

going to see them when they came to O.C. but then they bailed. It sucked

but i was wondering if anyone has seen them?? I was just wanting to see

or read if they are good or not live from a persons perpective!

Since it came out, I've listened to atleast one song off of it everyday; if not the entire CD.

If I'm not listening to "Blood Ill Tempered", I have "Hearts Once Nourished..." in there.

i seen 'em 3 times, and the fact they have done the whole 2002 sell the dischography to you, 2003 sit back and count our money is kinda lame especially as they are planning this 2004 reunion tour. But they can play well live.
