I talked to her. I told her that everytime she threatens to kill herself or does something like drink every night that it kills a part of me. It breaks my heart when I see or hear her drunk.

she's going to have to be the one to decide that she wants to change. only thing you can really do if you think she's likely to try and kill herself is to talk to parents about getting her mental help.
