this is something I'll never understand. people that will eat it when it's older, but not if it's younger.

yeah it's strange i know , but i also just dont like it. i think it tastes weird ( too rich) and has a strange texture ( too soft and mealy) so i just dont eat it.

then that makes sense. it's the people who don't do it for moral reasons that I don't understand.

Forest ponies sold for meat,
thats how the headline read.
Four pages dedicated to their suffering.
Such an outcry but no connection made between the fate of the foal and that of the calf.

You might say its socialisation but its still hypocrisy.
To moralise and seperate suffering thats your absurdity.

Read on through the article its written to shock and alarm.
Take in the paragraphs and phrases, recoil in horror.
Say something should be done but ignore the double standard thats hiding behind every fucking word.

trying to be full vegetarian, but im still partially eating fish and chicken at times. however yesterday at my band practice they had sausage and said it was chicken sausage, so i took a bite, and they just started cracking up and were like "ahaha its beef man!" i almost threw up. but luckily my assholes of friends were just lying. i cant eat cow or pig, for me it just seems too cruel and revolting. however i dont feel as bad for birds and fish, so i eat them.

i know its not actually less cruel, but for some reason it just doesnt phase me as much, I still feel bad when i eat birds and fish, which i do rarely, im trying to stop all together though... its a work in progress.

i know...someone was handing out all these flyers that said "GOT PUS? MILK DOES!" at this show, and for a while i didnt drink milk...but then i realized it still tasted the same. soy milk isnt bad, although the chocolate kind isnt very good...i like the vanilla kind.

I do eat meat. Every once in a while i manage tostay away form it for some month, but always get back to it. It just tastes to good.
But i never ever go to McD or BurgerKing or likewise stuff.
We go to our local slaughterhouse. Get half a pig, and do our own Bratwürste.
