the godfather 10" from chorus is probably one of my favorite records of all time.

outspoken is good as well.

don't know. it's too new and I don't pay close enough attention to stuff to be able to tell you.

I do know that people from terror were in despair and buried alive. but only the singer.

now that I think about it', it's firm standing law, which was the name of 10", godfather was a 7" and truth was before both, and not that good.

as far as carry on goes:

todd jones WAS in terror, but he quit (good call)

the singer (ryan george) and the drummer (t.drummer?):

are in the adored.

http://www.rocktheadored.com/Gallery/newnewcouch.jpg

the singer is the one in the hot pink pants and the indie rock comb over. this should be all the evidence you need of their post hardcore activities and current edge status.

i gotta work..but i'm good at this game. i'll play later.

unit pride/ into/ redemption 87/ into/ nerve agents

(picked up unit pride then and now and holding strong, great stuff, but erics' voice on redemption 87s' all guns poolside could possibly be one the the greatest hxc voices ever recorded)

in reference to carry on.

i forgot to add, the guitar player corey sings for internal affairs and is still straight edge.

internal affairs is kind of a basic, old school tough sounding straight edge band from LA.

yeah i was listening to the new internal affairs cd yesterday and was thinking they kinda sound like champion w/out jims lisp-core vocals, maybe not so much the songs themselves but the production seems similar. they're good stuff and i'm glad theres a band like them down here.
