not that sad. the last record was really weak compared to the first and the demo.

It may have been weak, but the band is still breaking up. That licks! I remember seeing them when they were american nightmare on tour with glassjaw and the blood brothers. Wes had one of the most amazing stage presences ever.

I saw Some Girls the day that Give Up The Ghost broke up. Wes was really intense and emotional. Call me naive, but I don't think it was the coke, either. I didn't really like AN past Background Music, though.

I saw them in New Jersey... I don't live there, but it was somewhere relatively close to PA...

i saw them in wales and swindon and london and bristol, the swindon show was the only good one and the bristol show they threw a big fit and would off mid set. Still unclear as to why.

Give Up the Ghost was amazing... Yes I know there last record was quite frankly shit. However they were aware of that too. If you look up some gutg interviews you will see that they were planning to go back to the sound they once had as american nightmare... well... at least we can still see wes eisold in Some Girls, but what is next for Mr. Cossar!? I love this guy! He cant just stop now...

P.S. Was GUTG ever sxe?

i only saw em once, and that was a pretty shitty show... it was the first show after their bass player left... so they didnt really felt like it..
