Creative Aids

Many bands in my local area are using creative aids, the aids that they are doing are almost always some type of drugs. But i use driving as a creative aid to help write songs, i was wondering if anyone has anymore good non-drug creative aids that they could share.

there really isn't an answer to that. People find inspiration in anything and everything, the things that make on person tick, won't necessarily make the next.

All you can do is go out there and see what it takes for you as an individual.
